Inductions are usually held in the Departmental Lecture Theatre in the Kennedy Tower which is based onsite at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital from 9am to 5pm.

These inductions are for medical staff who are new to or returning to NHS Lothian and have not attended a NHS Lothian Induction within the last 2 years OR if you are new to the Royal Edinburgh Hospital and Associated Services, you are required to attend. If you have attended a NHS Lothian Induction within the last 2 years you are not required to attend. Please note if you are required to attend the Psychiatry Induction at the REH you will be contacted directly by Stacey Knox, Medical Education Coordinator for Psychiatry in South East Scotland.
