Identification Badge

All staff are issued with an ID badge which must be worn, clearly visible at all times, and not shared with anyone.

Changes to Badges

Inform Security immediately via the NHSL FM Helpdesk or calling ext 50001 if you have lost your ID badge, to disable access, then complete the ID badge application to apply for a replacement.

ID Badge forms can be obtained and authorised by Jane McCrindle, Education Coordinator in SPHERE or calling 0131 312 1618 or forms can be obtained via intranet and authorised by your department lead.
