St. John's Hospital (SJH)

St. John's Hospital is a small teaching hospital which works as a DGH for some specialities but in addition has tertiary specialities ENT, Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery. We have a busy obstetric unit and a small number of paediatric lists. We have no orthopaedic trauma or general surgical services but have a busy ED & medical unit. We also staff the small ICU here. We are a small and friendly team in Anaesthetics and there are good opportunities to do shared and major airway cases, sedation and non-theatre lists that you might not get elsewhere.
