Senior medical staff require well-being support, careers advice and mentorship in a different way to other groups. Mentoring can provide support in job planning, leadership and management, furthering professional development and navigating appraisal requirements. Providing mentorship can give you the opportunity to enhance your leadership, emotional intelligence and communication skills.
